Our involvement on this multi-award winning city building project by Frasers Property and Sekisui House spans across 16 years (2007-2022). From the evolution of the Master Plan through concept design, design development, documentation, construction phases, and long term maintenance. Our director played a formative role across 12 major public domain and building projects creating an entirely new city precinct, as lead consultant for all public domain works including parks, streetscapes, laneways and thru-links, as sub-consultant on all Architect led building projects, and novated to head contractors across all building construction works.

The once baron and desolate post industrial site now supports a mix of 4200 residents and 1200 workers, supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, retail, student housing, and adaptive reuse of heritage buildings all adding to the diversity of Sydney’s urban villages.
